How to return

Step 1

Start your return

Go to your Orders page and click "Request return" next to the order.

Step 2

Sign in to your account

Enter your email address, then enter the six-digit verification code sent to your inbox.

Step 3

Select your items

Choose the items you'd like to return, pick a reason, and add an optional note.

Step 4

Get your label

Once approved, a return label is emailed to you — print it, attach it, and drop off your parcel.

What happens next

How long does my refund take?

Once we receive your parcel, your refund is processed automatically. You'll see it back on your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

How do I get my return label?

Once your return request is approved, a prepaid label is emailed to you — just print and attach it to your parcel.
